Martingale collars, also called no-slip or limited-slip collars, are a type of dog collar that provides more control than a typical flat collar to prevent dogs from backing or slipping out. They look a lot like a flat collar.
The collar works by constricting when the dog pulls on the leash. Tension on the leash causes the smaller loop to tighten, which in turn pulls the larger loop tighter—but not too tight! Martingale collars are adjustable and shouldn’t tighten past the width of the dog’s neck. They offer comfortable security without harming your dog.
These collars are for medium to large dogs and are more on the heavier-duty side in comparison to its smaller 1" cousin. They come with a welded steel D-Ring for a leash attachment. You can also embelish your collar with embroidery for that extra personal touch.

HAND WASH & AIR DRY - All gear should be hand washed in cold water.
DO NOT place gear in any kind of machine washer.
Most items will wipe clean very easily, especially the underside of vests/harnesses.
SCOTCH GUARD – It’s highly recommended to treat the fabric and embroidery of your gear with Scotch Guard as it will create a thin barrier against dirt, grime and liquids. If you do use Scotch Guard on your gear, we recommend a light application once a week if you use your gear daily, once every 2 weeks if gear is used occasionally like once a month. You can’t over treat it, it’s beneficial to the lifespan of your items.
